Webflow Developer Support

Purpose of Position To develop and implement websites based on provided site maps and design comps, ensuring consistency and functionality in line with client expectations. Primary Tasks Webflow Development: Take provided site maps and designs to develop functional and visually appealing websites in Webflow. Database Creation: Create and manage databases within Webflow, including establishing relationships between them as feasible. Consistency Implementation: Ensure consistency and accuracy from the provided Adobe XD, Figma, or InDesign comps to the final product. Collaboration: Work closely with designers and developers to ensure alignment with design specifications and functionality requirements. Quality Assurance: Test and verify the final output to ensure it meets performance, SEO, and accessibility standards before sending it to the Project Manager. Communication: Provide regular updates to the team and address any questions or concerns promptly. Key Success Metrics Successful development of websites that align with provided designs and site maps Client satisfaction with the final product Timely and efficient completion of tasks High quality of code and adherence to best practices Effective collaboration with internal teams Minimum Qualifications Proven experience as a Webflow Developer with a strong portfolio of Webflow projects Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility Understanding of SEO principles and web performance optimization Familiarity with design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, and InDesign Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Experience with other web development tools and platforms, such as WordPress or Shopify Knowledge of front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular)
