Webflow Developer

We're looking for an experienced Webflow developer to join our team on a part-time, project basis. We're a boutique design and development agency working with clients across various industries, often as a white-label partner for other agencies. What you'll be doing: Building and developing responsive Webflow sites from Figma designs Implementing custom interactions and animations Troubleshooting and fixing bugs on existing builds Working with CMS collections, dynamic content, and integrations Occasional Webflow MCP / technical fixes (e.g., sticky positioning, tab deep-linking, content updates) What we're looking for: Strong portfolio of Webflow projects (please share links) Solid understanding of responsive design and clean code practices Comfortable working independently with clear communication Available for ongoing project-based work (not a one-off gig) Bonus: experience with client-facing or white-label agency work Engagement: Part-time, ongoing project basis — hours will vary depending on active projects.
