Webflow + Memberstack + Airtable + Make – 5 to 7 Days – Private Member Portal MVP

We are building a private B2B membership portal for a confidential client. The complete UX/UI and user flows have already been designed in Figma. This is not a design project. We need an experienced no-code developer to implement the functional core using: - Webflow + Memberstack + Airtable + Make Some initial Webflow and Airtable setup already exists from a previous implementation attempt, but candidates should assume that the core integrations still need to be properly implemented and tested. Due to client confidentiality, business logic, Figma files, detailed workflows, database structure and technical documentation will only be shared with the selected candidate after NDA. PHASE 1 — CORE MVP The objective of this first phase is to deliver a working end-to-end member flow including: Membership application Airtable integration Admin approval workflow Memberstack account activation/authentication Protected member area Correct mapping between authenticated users and Airtable records One fully functional member module with form submission and Airtable persistence Essential Make automations Multi-user testing. This must be a real functional implementation, not a visual prototype. Additional paid phases are already planned if the collaboration is successful. EXISTING PROJECT You will be working with: Existing Webflow project Existing Airtable setup Memberstack Make Complete Figma prototype Technical architecture documentation Detailed functional specifications. The previous technical implementation was not completed, so your first task will be to assess what can safely be reused. We prefer completing/fixing correct existing work rather than unnecessarily rebuilding everything. DESIGN IS NOT IN SCOPE The UX/UI is already designed. Our designer will handle final visual implementation, responsive refinement and pixel-perfect adjustments. Your responsibility is the functional and integration layer, plus any Webflow changes necessary for functionality. All interface content is in Portuguese and must remain unchanged. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE We are looking for a no-code application/integration specialist, not primarily a Webflow designer. Strong experience required with: Webflow Memberstack Airtable Make Authentication / gated content Per-user dynamic data Webhooks/APIs Relational data Debugging no-code integrations Experience with member portals, client portals or authenticated applications is strongly preferred. TIMELINE Immediate start preferred. Target delivery for this initial MVP phase is approximately 5–7 working days, subject to your assessment of the existing implementation. We prefer a realistic technical assessment over an unrealistic delivery promise. BUDGET $300 fixed price for this initial MVP phase. This is not the budget for the complete platform. Further paid phases are already defined and can begin immediately after successful completion of this milestone.
