Website Build - Quick Turn-around

I need a website quickly that I can easily edit as needed so I would prefer an easy format like GoDaddy, Wix or Squarespace or some other easily editable software platform. ONLINE PROPOSALS ONLY PLEASE - No Calls Here is the scenario; I am a Realtor with a high-end ranch for sale. The seller provided an extensive ChatGPT breakdown of a website plan for the ranch in hopes of gaining some traction for potential buyers looking online for a multigenerational ranch. I want to get this done as quickly as possible. I am looking for a very motivated, self-reliant website builder who can work independently without much input from me. The template of pages needed is already drawn up by ChatGPT and I have fabulous photos. I have attached what my client sent but it needs to be simplified because it is way too much. It will provide some great ideas and baseline framework however. This is a high-end ranch and needs to look luxury. We are an Engel & Völkers Real Estate Franchise so the E&V logo and branding needs to be present as well. Clean, luxury website and there are a lot of resources and links online that I can provide.
