As part of an exciting platform initiative, we're migrating client websites from our proprietary CMS to Duda, and we're looking for detail-oriented freelancers to help us complete the content migration. This is not a web design project. It is a structured content migration project with well-defined processes and documentation. Project Overview You'll migrate website content from existing AutoVitals websites into new Duda websites that have already been set up by our team. Most of the work consists of: -Copying homepage and page content -Migrating images -Selecting appropriate content from our content library when needed -Performing a visual comparison between the old and new websites -Completing a final quality check before submitting the site for review You'll work from detailed step-by-step documentation with screenshots, making this an ideal project for someone who enjoys following repeatable processes while maintaining a high level of accuracy. What AutoVitals Provides Our team handles the technical setup so you can focus on content migration. We will provide: -Pre-configured Duda websites (no initial setup required) -Detailed migration documentation with screenshots -Clear processes and checklists -QA review after your work is completed -Final DNS cutover and technical launch What You'll Do -Migrate content from existing websites into Duda -Copy text, images, buttons, and page content accurately -Publish/unpublish service pages as instructed -Configure pages according to our documentation -Compare the completed site against the original website -Verify desktop and mobile layouts -Check links, images, formatting, and page visibility -Flag any unusual situations or content that requires clarification Required Qualifications -Experience using website builders or content management systems (CMS) -Experience building sites in Duda -Exceptional attention to detail -Ability to follow documented, step-by-step processes -Understanding of website structure (pages, navigation, headings, buttons, images, links) -Comfortable publishing and organizing website pages -Ability to identify missing or incorrect content through comparison -Basic website QA experience -Ability to verify both desktop and mobile layouts -Strong written English communication -Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple sites simultaneously -Comfortable asking questions when instructions are unclear Not Required You do not need: -Web development or coding experience -Advanced SEO knowledge -Graphic design skills -Advanced copywriting skills Project Details Contract Type: Freelance / Contract Hours: 20-40 hours per week Duration: Expected to run for several months, until project completion Number of Websites: ~100 client websites Experience Level: Intermediate
