Website Copy Implementation -- Rewrite

Our website needs a full copy and structure update to bring it into alignment with our regulatory disclosure documents. All replacement copy is already written and approved on our side. We are not asking you to write marketing copy. We need an experienced web developer or designer to implement supplied text exactly as provided, restructure several pages, remove sections, and add two new pages. This is a precision implementation job, not a creative brief. The single most important requirement is that our copy is implemented verbatim — no rewording, no shortening, no "punching it up," no AI-generated substitutions. Scope of work Archive the current live site before any changes — full-page screenshots of every page plus a complete HTML and asset export, delivered to us as files. Nothing may be overwritten or deleted. Publish a single holding page (copy supplied) within 24 hours of project start. Build the updated site in a staging environment. Homepage: replace hero and value sections with supplied copy; add a new required risk-information section that must sit above the fold on both desktop and mobile. Rebuild one existing strategy page with supplied copy. Create one new strategy page from supplied copy. Rebuild the services page; delete approximately fifteen service listings we no longer disclose. Rebuild the about page; remove all plural references to staff or team. Add a required legal footer to every page — minimum 11px, body-text contrast, not collapsible, not behind a link or modal. Add two document links to the main navigation and footer. Remove all testimonials, client quotes, star ratings, review widgets, award badges, calculators, projection tools, and lead-capture forms. Audit and clean page titles, meta descriptions, alt text, image filenames, and any downloadable PDF for a supplied list of prohibited phrases. Deliver a written inventory of every page, PDF, and downloadable asset on the domain and any subdomain. Deliver a dated archive of the final approved build.
