Harkright Investment Holdings is a founder-led investment holding company based in Houston, Texas. We are looking for an experienced website designer to design and build a clean, professional website that reflects our brand and serves as a credibility anchor for investor, seller, and partner conversations. We need to move quickly. We are actively in investor and seller conversations now and need a live presence soon. We need a designer who can translate an established identity into a polished, fast, and professional website without unnecessary back and forth. Scope of work: Phase 1: Landing page (due within 5 to 7 days of start) A single branded page with the core Harkright message, buy box, and contact details. This goes live immediately while the full site is built. The designer may propose whether to build this as a standalone page to be replaced or as the Home page foundation to be expanded. Phase 2: Full 5-page site (due within 2 to 3 weeks of start) - Home: hero, stat row, three-column principles, trust statement - About: founding story, ethos, partner bios - Approach: investment philosophy, buy box criteria, 5-step process, geographies - Portfolio: active search status, buy box table, sector tags, one-pager PDF download - Contact: contact form with dropdown, direct contact details, one-pager PDF download Design and build requirements: - Responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile - Clean typographic hierarchy using Poppins Light and Lora - Fast load times: minimal animation, no unnecessary complexity - Credible and restrained aesthetic. This is not a marketing site. It is a professional presence for an M&A audience - Contact form with name, email, company (optional), dropdown (Business owner / Broker or intermediary / Investor / Other), and message field - PDF download integration on two pages (Portfolio and Contact) - SEO basics: meta titles, descriptions, Open Graph tags - Full handoff with CMS or editor access so we can manage content independently after launch Platform: Open to Webflow, Squarespace, or equivalent.
