Website Designer (Figma + Framer + Webflow) for Startups

Anyday is the product design partner for funded startups. Seed to Series B founders in Dubai, the Middle East and the UK pay us a flat monthly fee and get a senior design team on tap. We are small, senior and selective. We take few clients, price confidently, and ship weekly. Recent work: fintech platforms, B2B SaaS dashboards, payments products, AI tools. THE ROLE You are the person we hand a website to. Not a piece of one, the whole thing. A founder needs a marketing site that makes their product look like the category leader and converts the traffic they are paying for. You take that from blank page to live site: structure, wireframes, high-craft UI in Figma, then build it in Framer and hand back something real. This is a design role, not a development role. We are not hiring an engineer. We are hiring someone whose taste is the reason a site works, who happens to be able to ship it themselves without waiting on a dev. The bar is craft. Type, spacing, hierarchy, motion, responsiveness. Sites that look like they came from a studio a founder would brag about, not a template with the colours swapped. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design marketing websites in Figma: sitemap, page structure, wireframes, then polished high-fidelity UI across desktop, tablet and mobile. - Build those sites live in Framer: components, breakpoints, CMS collections, interactions and motion. You ship it, not a handoff file. - Own the site end to end, from brief and reference gathering through to launch and post-launch tweaks. - Work to a brand. Some clients arrive with a full identity, some with a logo and a hope. You extend what exists rather than inventing something that fights it. - Design for conversion, not just for looks: hierarchy that sells, copy layout that reads, clear calls to action, fast pages. - Present and defend your work on occasional client calls. - Work inside our system: daily updates in Slack, tickets in ClickUp, hours logged against a budget. We run tight, not chaotic. MUST-HAVES - A portfolio of websites you designed: real, live, and good. This is the whole first filter. - Figma expert. Daily tool. Components, auto-layout, responsive thinking, clean files someone else can open. - Framer to a build standard. Not "I have opened it." You can take a design and ship a responsive, CMS-driven site that holds up. - Genuine web design craft: typography, layout systems, spacing discipline, restraint. You can tell us why a site works, not just that you like it. - Strong written and spoken English. You will be in Slack all day and occasionally in front of a client. - Full-time availability, minimum 4 hours daily overlap with 10:00-17:00 Dubai time (GST, UTC+4). - Self-starting. You get a brief and references, not a babysitter. NICE-TO-HAVES (these move you to the top of the pile) - Claude Code, Cursor or similar. You can take a site beyond what Framer allows and build a custom coded page or a full Next.js site with AI assistance. We use Claude Code daily. - Webflow or another visual builder alongside Framer. - Motion design: Framer interactions, scroll animation, micro-interaction polish. - SEO fundamentals: page structure, metadata, performance, Core Web Vitals. - Brand or identity range. - Experience with funded startup or B2B SaaS clients. HOW THIS WORKS No unpaid test task. Shortlisted candidates go to a short call, then a 2-week paid trial on real client work, paid at the full agreed rate from day one. After a successful trial: 2-3 months minimum with extension. For the right person this is a long-term seat. In your proposal, tell us: 1.
