AI Website Developer (Framer | Lovable | Base44 | Replit | AI Web Development)

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based company focused on helping contractors scale through remote staffing solutions. As we continue expanding, we're looking for an AI Website Developer who is passionate about building modern, high-converting websites using the latest AI-powered development tools. This is not a traditional web development role. We are looking for someone who understands how to leverage AI to build websites significantly faster while maintaining exceptional design, performance, and user experience. Responsibilities Design and build responsive, modern websites using AI-powered platforms. Create websites in Framer, Lovable, Base44, Replit, and other emerging AI website builders. Develop landing pages optimized for conversions and SEO. Build reusable components and scalable design systems. Integrate forms, CRMs, calendars, analytics, chatbots, and third-party APIs. Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness. Use AI tools to rapidly prototype, iterate, and improve websites. Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to transform ideas into high-performing websites. Continuously evaluate new AI tools and recommend improvements to our development process. Required Qualifications Experience building websites with AI-first platforms such as: Framer Lovable Base44 Replit Bolt.new v0 by Vercel Webflow AI (preferred) Strong understanding of: HTML CSS JavaScript Responsive Design Experience connecting websites with APIs and automation tools. Knowledge of SEO best practices. Excellent UI/UX design sense. Ability to write effective prompts to generate and improve websites using AI. Strong English communication skills. Nice to Have React / Next.js experience Tailwind CSS Figma Supabase Firebase Zapier / Make AI Agents and workflow automation Experience building websites for construction, home service, or B2B companies.
