Website Developer: Redesign & Expand a Personal Brand Site (Next.js/GoHighLevel) Full Spec Provided

I'm the founder and CEO of a real estate investment platform ($1B+ raised, 40,000+ investors) building out my personal brand site: craigxcecilio.com. The site exists today (Next.js) and works, but it's being restructured around a new architecture: a media hub (podcast, articles, whitepapers), a private advisory offer, and a private investor section. This is NOT a "figure it out as we go" project. You will receive a complete architecture and strategy document, final page copy for every page, and a visual sitemap/homepage mockup. Your job is execution: build it clean, fast, and exactly to spec. Scope of work: Homepage rebuild — new hero, proof bar, three-pathway section (replacing a broken "no offerings available" block), latest-content feed, newsletter section, site-wide announcement bar. New pages — /experience (media hub with podcast player, article grid, email-gated whitepaper library), /seminar (event registration page), /advisory (offer landing page), /invest/inner-circle (private community page), /story (about page). Updates to existing pages — /invest (add one section), /blog (keep URLs, surface inside /experience). Integrations — GoHighLevel forms throughout (newsletter, seminar registration, advisory application, investor access request), each wired to specific tags; podcast embeds (Apple/Spotify/YouTube); 301 redirect from an external domain (cxcelite.com) to /advisory. Nav & footer restructure — 5-item nav + CTA button, per spec. SEO — preserve existing /blog URLs and rankings, proper meta/OG tags on all new pages, clean Core Web Vitals. Responsive — flawless on mobile; most of this audience arrives from social. What I provide: Full architecture & strategy document (sitemap, page-by-page specs, funnel logic). Final copy for every page — no lorem ipsum, no waiting on content. Visual sitemap and homepage wireframe. Brand assets (logo, photography, existing design language to match). GoHighLevel account access and form/tag requirements. Tech requirements: Strong Next.js/React experience (the current site is Next.js — you'll work within it, not replatform). Experience embedding and styling GoHighLevel (or similar CRM) forms. Comfortable with DNS/redirect setup, analytics events, and basic on-page SEO.
