MJC Legacy Group, LLC is a Virginia limited liability company operating under the trade name A Well-Kept Woman. The organization develops and delivers faith-based formation programming for women through facilitated cohorts, organizational licensing, and published resources. The flagship offering is A Well-Kept Woman: From Thirsty to Overflowing, a nine-week faith-based formation program rooted in the John 4 narrative of the woman at the well. The program is designed for women who are functioning but depleted — women in leadership, caregiving, ministry, and transition who need more than encouragement. The program has completed its first cohort and is expanding to churches, shelters, organizations, and community groups. A companion book, participant workbook, facilitator guide, and 90-day journal have been developed alongside the program. A facilitator certification pathway is in development.
