Website Functionality Addition

Project Overview I manage a website that tracks the availability status of individual offices across multiple floor plans. The tool displays a floor plan image with a color-coded overlay for each office — each shape represents an individual office, and the color indicates its current leasing status (e.g., Available, Taken, Hot Lead, etc.). The existing functionality allows me to update an office's status, which changes the color of its overlay in real time. What I'm Looking to Add Office size data field: Add a new field to the underlying database to store the square footage (or size category) of each office. This will need to be populated for existing offices and easy to update going forward. Size-based filtering on the front end: Add clickable buttons or filters on the floor plan page representing different office sizes or size groupings. Clicking a button should highlight (or un-highlight, on a second click) all offices matching that size/group directly on the floor plan overlay. Ideal Candidate Someone comfortable working with an existing codebase/database schema, who can review the current site structure before proposing an approach.
