I’m looking for a web designer with a strong luxury aesthetic to redesign the homepage of my personal New York City real estate website using the Houzez WordPress theme. This is primarily a design project, not a programming-heavy build. I will provide my existing website, Houzez, reference websites, photography, and brand direction. I’m looking for someone who can make Houzez feel custom, refined, editorial, and high-end, with strong attention to: Layout and visual hierarchy Typography and color Image selection and treatment Hero and listing presentation Overall luxury branding The quality of the client websites created by Luxury Presence is a useful benchmark for the level of polish I am looking for. I am not looking to copy a specific client site of theirs. Experience with luxury real estate websites and Houzez is strongly preferred.
