Website Redesign — UI/UX Designer Needed (Design Only, Developer Handoff)

i am looking for an experienced UI/UX designer to redesign my existing website. The current site is outdated and underperforming, and we want a fresh, modern design that strengthens our brand, works beautifully on mobile, and converts more visitors into leads and customers. This is a design-only role. We already have a developer who will implement your designs in our Vue.js codebase — so your job is to deliver polished, developer-ready design files, not code. Experience designing for component-based frameworks (Vue, React, etc.) is a big plus, since clean, consistent, componentized designs make our developer's job much easier. This is a complete visual and UX overhaul . We want someone who thinks about design strategically: how layout, messaging hierarchy, and user flow drive results, not just how things look. Scope of Work Audit the current site and identify design, UX, and conversion weaknesses Create a modern, on-brand visual design direction (homepage plus key interior page templates) Design mobile-first, fully responsive layouts (desktop + mobile versions of each key page) Improve site structure, navigation, and user journeys with conversion in mind (clear CTAs, streamlined paths to contact/purchase) Define reusable design components and styles (buttons, forms, cards, nav, typography, colors, spacing) so the design translates cleanly into Vue components Prepare organized, developer-ready files with clear specs (Figma preferred) Be available for a reasonable number of developer questions during implementation Requirements Strong portfolio of modern, clean website designs — please share 2–3 relevant examples Proven UI/UX experience with responsive, mobile-first design Experience with conversion-focused design (landing pages, lead generation, or e-commerce) Proficiency in Figma (or similar, but Figma preferred) with clean file organization: named layers, components, auto-layout Experience handing off designs to developers — you know what a developer needs to build accurately Strong communication skills and reliable availability for check-ins Ability to work independently from a brief and bring your own ideas Nice to Have Experience designing for component-based frameworks (Vue, React) or design systems Branding or visual identity experience Copywriting or content strategy input Familiarity with accessibility basics (contrast, touch targets, readable type) Deliverables Design concepts/direction for the homepage (with at least one round of revisions) Final responsive designs (desktop + mobile) for homepage and key interior page templates A simple style guide / component sheet (colors, typography, buttons, forms, spacing) Organized Figma file(s) ready for developer handoff Availability for developer questions during implementation (light support, not ongoing) How to Apply Please include in your proposal: Links to 2–3 website redesigns you've done, with a sentence on the results or client feedback A brief note on your handoff process — how do you prepare files for developers?
