Website & SEO Management 2026

I am looking for an experienced eCommerce/WooCommerce specialist to manage and grow my WooCommerce website operations of my store started in 2017 on an ongoing basis. This is a long-term role requiring someone who takes ownership, communicates proactively, and will regularly deliver measurable results. After a startup period, we can talk about pay for performance bonuses. SCOPE OF WORK • WooCommerce: Product listing management, plugin maintenance, on-page SEO (Yoast/Rank Math), page speed monitoring, Helium 10, and general store upkeep. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU • Familiarity with tools: Helium 10 (installed), Seller Central, Google Search Console, Yoast SEO or Rank Math. • Clear, consistent communication with weekly reporting included. • Onboarding/interviewing call before work begins. • A 15-minute Loom video reviewing/auditing my site. The tools you use daily for each service area. 4. Your preferred engagement model (hourly vs. monthly retainer). Hourly preferred but negotiable. Generic proposals will not be considered.
