Website Signup Screenshots & Potential Product Video Content

About the Project We are looking for a reliable freelancer to help us create step-by-step screenshots showing users how to sign up and use our coupon platform. The initial project will focus on documenting the signup process through a series of clear, easy-to-follow screenshots. These will be used as instructional content to help customers understand exactly what they need to do at each stage. There may also be an opportunity for the successful freelancer to undertake additional work creating short 3–6 minute videos/commentary pieces about our brands and products, although this would be a potential expansion of the project rather than a requirement for the initial assignment. Initial Project – Website Screenshots You will be asked to go through our website and complete the signup process as a normal user would. You will then capture screenshots at the appropriate stages of the process. The screenshots should: Clearly show the relevant part of the website Demonstrate exactly what the user needs to click, enter or select Be clear and easy to understand Avoid unnecessary or distracting information Be consistent in size, presentation and quality Be suitable for use in written guides and instructional content Follow our instructions regarding what information should and should not appear in screenshots We will provide you with the required signup process and explain what stages need to be documented. What We Are Looking For The ideal freelancer will be: Comfortable navigating websites and signup processes Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions precisely Experienced in taking and presenting screenshots Able to identify the most useful point at which to capture each screenshot Comfortable working independently Reliable and responsive Able to produce professional-looking work without requiring extensive supervision You do not need to be a graphic designer. We are primarily looking for someone who can accurately follow a process and produce clear, useful screenshots. Potential Additional Work – 3–6 Minute Videos For the right freelancer, there may be an opportunity to expand the project into short-form video content. This could involve creating a 3–6 minute video/commentary piece about one of our brands, products or services. The purpose would be to explain the product in a natural and engaging way, including: What the product/brand does The main benefits Positive aspects of the user experience Why someone might want to use the product Key features or useful functionality A straightforward explanation suitable for potential customers We would provide guidance and information about the product. This additional video work is not necessarily part of the initial assignment. We are mentioning it because we would be interested in developing a longer-term relationship with a freelancer who produces high-quality work. Important We are looking for someone interested in ongoing work, rather than someone who simply wants to complete one small task and move on.
