Wedding Photography Sales & Booking Manager – UAE

We are a UAE-based wedding photography and videography brand looking for a proactive Sales / Business Development specialist to help us generate more confirmed wedding bookings across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the UAE. This is a performance-based role. Your main goal will be to generate qualified wedding leads, build relationships with wedding planners, venues, hotels, bridal boutiques, makeup artists, event companies, and other wedding vendors, follow up with potential clients, and help convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. We are looking for someone who: * Has experience in sales, business development, weddings, events, or hospitality * Understands the UAE market * Is confident with outreach and follow-up * Can build referral partnerships * Is proactive and results-driven * Ideally already has connections within the UAE wedding industry Compensation: You will receive a fixed payment for every confirmed wedding booking generated through your efforts. A booking is considered confirmed once the client pays the required deposit. We are starting with a trial collaboration, with the possibility of continuing long-term if the results are strong.
