Weekly Canva Banner Designer — Client Mockup Dockets + Occasional Die-Cut Arch Signs

We run a children's soft play equipment rental business serving the NY/NJ metro area, and we're looking for a reliable graphic designer for an ongoing weekly engagement. What you'll do each week: - Design approximately 5 banners in Canva based on the requests we send you - Prepare a client-facing docket (mockup/proof sheet) for each banner, showing the client how the finished banner will look, so they can review and approve the design - Apply revision requests from clients and finalize the approved artwork Occasional arch signs (roughly one every two weeks): - In addition to the weekly banners, design an arch-shaped banner/header sign built precisely to the die-cut specifications and templates we provide — exact dimensions, cut lines, and safe zones must be followed - This isn't every week, but the ability to work accurately to a die-cut spec is a firm requirement for this role Weekly schedule (must be able to commit to this): - Design requests are sent every Monday - All banners and dockets must be finalized by Wednesday of the same week - This repeats weekly — it's a stable, ongoing engagement, not a one-off project Pay: - Fixed $30 per week for the standard workload of about 5 dockets (covers up to 6; arch signs, when they come up, are included in this weekly scope) - In busier weeks, the 7th docket and every docket after it is paid extra, per docket (rate to be agreed before you start) - Paid weekly via Upwork milestones You're a great fit if you: - Are proficient in Canva (this is our working tool — non-negotiable) - Have experience preparing artwork to die-cut / print specifications — you understand cut lines, bleed, and working within a supplied template (needed for the arch signs) - Can create clean, client-ready mockups/proof dockets - Are dependable with deadlines — the Monday-to-Wednesday turnaround is firm - Communicate clearly and respond promptly during the Monday–Wednesday window (US Eastern Time) To apply, please answer the screening questions and include 2–3 samples of banner or signage work (Canva links preferred).
