Weglot Localization Expert — Clean Up & QA a Multilingual Marketing Site (8+ Languages)

We run a developer-focused marketing site (Next.js) and recently launched machine translation across 8+ languages through Weglot: French, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, German, Spanish, Japanese, and Portuguese, with more staged. The translations are live but raw — 0% human-reviewed. We need someone who knows Weglot deeply to clean them up, fix rendering issues, and leave the account organized for long-term management. What you'll do Review and correct machine translations across all live languages, starting with our highest-value pages (homepage, pricing, top landing pages, nav, and footer). Build and maintain a glossary of never-translate terms (brand name, product names, technical terms, blockchain names) so they stay consistent across every page. Set up translation exclusions (code blocks, hex strings, and similar) so technical content renders correctly. Fix broken strings and rendering bugs, including manual translation overrides in the Visual Editor and layout/overflow issues on longer languages like German. QA every page across languages and confirm each one renders accurately. Verify hreflang, meta tags, and subdirectory setup for SEO. Organize the Weglot project so it's clean and easy to manage going forward. You should have Hands-on Weglot experience (Visual Editor, glossary, translation exclusions, URL/subdirectory config). Strong multilingual QA skills, either as a native speaker or through a reliable review network across our languages. Comfort with CSS selectors, hreflang, and technical SEO basics. Familiarity with crypto or developer-tool terminology is a plus. Budget & terms Fixed price: $2,500, milestone-based. Suggested milestones: (1) glossary + exclusions + top-page cleanup, (2) full QA pass across all languages, (3) account organization + final rendering sign-off.
