WhatsApp Outreach Specialist – Fully Managed Recruitment Campaign (7,500–10,000 Contacts)

We are looking for an experienced WhatsApp outreach specialist to manage a large recruitment campaign from start to finish. We operate in the security industry and have access to multiple relevant WhatsApp groups containing security professionals. The total potential contact volume across these groups is approximately 7,500–10,000. Scope of Work We are looking for a FULLY MANAGED service. We are NOT looking for someone who simply sells or installs software, bots, extensions, or licenses. The selected freelancer should be able to: • Help collect/export contact information that can lawfully be used from multiple groups we have access to • Combine the contacts into one organized database • Clean and correctly format phone numbers • Remove duplicates • Prepare the contact database for outreach • Set up and personally manage the outreach campaign • Send private/direct messages to eligible contacts rather than posting messages inside the groups • Manage the campaign professionally and in accordance with WhatsApp’s messaging and consent requirements • Minimize account restrictions, spam complaints, and failed deliveries • Provide campaign reporting, including processed contacts, sent/delivered messages, failures, duplicates, etc. Campaign Purpose This is a recruitment campaign for a security company. We want to reach security professionals who may be interested in security jobs and available assignments. Expected Volume Approximately 7,500–10,000 unique contacts across multiple groups.
