# Request for Proposal (RFP) ## White-Label AI Solutions & Strategic Fulfillment Partners ### Overview 210Solutions is expanding its portfolio of AI-powered business services and is seeking experienced AI consultants, automation specialists, developers, and boutique firms to become long-term white-label fulfillment partners. Our objective is to build a catalog of fixed-price, productized AI solutions that can be marketed and sold under the 210Solutions brand. These offerings are intended to serve as entry-point engagements that establish client relationships and lead to larger custom AI and automation projects. We are **not** seeking custom-scoped consulting engagements through this RFP. We are looking for repeatable solutions with clearly defined scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables. Our goal is to build a trusted network of partners that functions as an extension of our internal AI engineering team. --- # Partner Profile We welcome proposals from: * Independent AI consultants * AI engineers * Automation specialists * Boutique AI agencies * Small development firms Domestic and international applicants are encouraged to apply. We value technical expertise, reliability, strong communication, and competitive pricing that allows for a sustainable reseller relationship. --- # What We're Looking For Each applicant should submit **3–10 productized AI services** that meet the following requirements: * Fixed scope * Fixed implementation timeline * Fixed implementation price * Clearly defined deliverables * Minimal discovery required * Repeatable across multiple clients * Suitable for small and mid-sized businesses Solutions requiring extensive discovery or custom scoping before pricing will not be considered under this RFP. --- # Required Information for Each Service For every proposed solution, please include: * Service name * Business problem solved * Ideal customer profile * Industries best suited * Current manual process * Proposed AI-enabled workflow * Technologies used * Client prerequisites * Implementation timeline * Fixed implementation price * Estimated internal labor hours * Monthly managed service fee * Ongoing software or licensing costs * Deliverables included * Expected business outcomes * Estimated ROI or efficiency gains * Training included * Documentation included * Support included * Common optional add-ons (if any) --- # Pricing Requirements Pricing must be predictable and reseller-friendly. Providers must supply: * One-time implementation price * Monthly managed service price * Any third-party licensing costs * Any optional upgrades Implementation pricing must remain valid for **90 days** from submission. Any pricing changes thereafter require **30 days' written notice** before becoming effective. Existing client proposals or signed projects will continue under the originally quoted pricing. --- # Monthly Managed Services (Required) Every solution submitted must include an ongoing managed service offering. AI systems require continual maintenance as APIs, models, integrations, and platforms evolve. We intend to provide clients with managed AI solutions rather than one-time implementations. Monthly services should include, where applicable: * Monitoring system health * AI model updates * API maintenance * Integration maintenance * Prompt optimization * Workflow improvements * Bug fixes * Minor enhancements * Security updates * Performance monitoring * Service reporting * Defined response times (SLA) Please clearly define: * What's included * What's excluded * Response times * Escalation process --- # White-Label Requirements All work must be performed on a 100% white-label basis. Providers agree that: * All client-facing work is performed under the 210Solutions brand. * No third-party branding will appear in deliverables. * Client communications will occur through or with approval from 210Solutions. * Providers represent 210Solutions professionally whenever interacting with clients. --- # Confidentiality & Non-Circumvention Selected partners must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before working with client information. Partners also agree to: * Maintain strict confidentiality * Protect all client information * Never disclose client identities * Never solicit or contract directly with our clients A **12-month non-circumvention period** will apply following the completion of any engagement. --- # Intellectual Property Unless otherwise agreed in writing: * All client deliverables become the property of the client or 210Solutions. * Custom workflows, prompts, documentation, automations, source code, and related assets developed under paid engagements must be transferable. * Providers may not reuse confidential client information in future engagements. --- # Documentation & Knowledge Transfer Every implementation must include: * Deployment documentation * Administrative documentation * User documentation * Configuration details * Credentials handoff (when appropriate) * Basic training session * Recorded walkthrough (preferred) Solutions should be maintainable by another qualified engineer if necessary. --- # Communication Expectations Applicants should describe: * Primary communication method * Typical response time * Availability during U.S. business hours * Project management tools used * English proficiency * Typical implementation capacity --- # Quality Standards Providers should be able to demonstrate: * Previous AI implementation experience * Automation experience * Reliability * Attention to detail * Professional communication * Long-term availability Please include examples of previous work, case studies, or references whenever possible. --- # Future Partnership Opportunities While this RFP focuses on fixed-price offerings, our long-term objective is to establish strategic partnerships for larger custom AI initiatives.
