3D Whitebox Model of a Floor Plan (~900 m2) for Concept Presentation

I am looking for a 3D artist to create a basic "whitebox" 3D model of an exhibition space (approx. 1000 sqm). This model is for a conceptual pitch. It does not need to be 100% architecturally accurate. A "quick and dirty" approximation of the room layout is totally fine. I just need the basic geometry to give my audience a sense of space and to place my own exhibition themes inside. What I will provide: 1x PDF of the 2D floor plan. 2x Photos of an architectural scale model (for better understanding of the height/layout). A few photos of the actual space (foyer, etc.) as reference. What I need you to model: Basic walls, floors, and ceilings. Simple cutouts for doors and windows (no detailed frames needed). Basic blockout of stairs if applicable. NO textures, NO furniture, NO lighting. Just the blank geometry. CRITICAL Technical Requirements (I will use this in Adobe 3D software): Format: Please deliver the final file as .obj or .fbx (or .glb). Separated Meshes: This is very important! Walls, floors, and ceilings must be separate objects. Please do not merge the whole building into one single mesh. I need to be able to drag & drop different materials onto the floor and the walls independently in my software. Clean UVs: Simple, clean UV mapping so standard textures won't stretch. Timeline & Budget: Since this is a rough conceptual blockout and doesn't require high precision, I am looking for a quick turnaround. Please let me know your fixed price and how many days you need.
