Basic outline of app Think of Lyft but for tow service. Customer requests tow service. Contractor will receive the request and pick up the item that needs to be towed. GPS location of contractor and item being towed. Confirmation of drop-off from contractor with picture and video. Customer acknowledges drop-off. Contractor Verification of contractor equipment, proof of insurance, proof of driver's license Customer Picture of item to be towed Proof of ownership.
