We are looking for an experienced Windows / Microsoft 365 technician to prepare and configure a laptop for professional use. The environment includes: * Windows 11 Pro * Microsoft 365 Business Basic * Microsoft 365 Apps for business The laptop should be properly prepared, updated, secured, and configured for its user, including Microsoft 365, business email, OneDrive/SharePoint access, and standard business applications. We are looking for someone who can assess the current setup, determine the appropriate steps, perform the work remotely where possible, and verify that the workstation is clean, secure, and ready for daily business use. Please briefly describe your experience with Windows 11 workstation setup and Microsoft 365 environments.
