1-Wire emulator PCB troubleshooting

Summary

I have been working on a 1-wire emulator and have it mostly working (It works well when the debugger is connected and powering the PCB, but the PCB is not able to survive on the harvest power alone like a real 1-wire device). I have the schematics as well as logic analyzer traces of the PCB connected to the master. I need someone who understands the 1-wire protocol who can decipher the traces and figure out how to modify the PCB to fix the issues, and prove the solution using simulation.
