Wix web page design [follow layout given exactly. No creative work needed]

Hello I work for an electrician company and I am responsible for the marketing of their website and online presence I've created their web pages but I would like to outsource designing said web pages to someone. I was wondering if it's possible that I can give you pictures of a layout with added text And basically I just need you to create the exact layout clicking and dragging elements photos etc. There is no creative work involved, I will just give you pictures of each section of a certain web page And I want you to design the layout as you see it in the pictures Exactly And make everything compatible with desktop mobile etc. Please send me a message and I will send you our current website and a couple example web pages. I'd like to know roughly what it may cost to make ages similar to the ones that I send you as well as how much time it would take to put it together. The most important part is just putting together the website so that it looks the same as the reference photo and make it look similar on mobile layouts and other layouts.
