WooCommerce Product Upload Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to manage our WooCommerce product catalog on an ongoing basis. This is recurring monthly work, not a one-time project. We're looking to build a long-term working relationship with the right person. Work You'll Be Doing: - Reviewing our current product listings and updating attributes (size, material, price, availability, etc.) so they stay accurate and current - Pulling new products from our vendors' websites and adding them to our site with correct images, descriptions, and attributes - Organizing products into the right categories so our catalog stays easy to browse - Adding new products to the site on a monthly basis as our inventory changes - Keeping on top of this as an ongoing task; not a one-and-done cleanup, but regular upkeep What We Are Looking For: - Solid experience working inside WooCommerce (adding/editing products, managing categories and attributes) - Comfortable pulling product info from vendor websites and reformatting it cleanly for our site - Detail-oriented: accuracy matters more than speed here, since mistakes in categorization or attributes create extra work down the line - Able to work independently once you understand our catalog structure, with regular but not constant check-ins - Good written English for communication and any product copy you write Bonuses: - Experience with jewelry, retail, or physical product catalogs specifically - Familiarity with basic SEO best practices for product titles/descriptions To Apply: Tell me a bit about your experience with WooCommerce and product catalogs, and include an example of a store or catalog you've worked on if you can.
