Need an experienced freelancer to improve the visual presentation of a 60+ page Word document for a formal RFP response to a U.S. airport authority. All content, tables, and images are final. The work includes refining visual hierarchy, spacing, and consistency while preserving embedded exhibits, a live table of contents, and page-numbering fields. Experience with government or institutional RFP responses is strongly preferred. Tight on time so would like to get this completed this week 8/10.
