WordPress Core Web Vitals and Mobile INP Specialist Needed

I am looking for an experienced WordPress performance developer to improve mobile Core Web Vitals, with a particular focus on Interaction to Next Paint (INP), JavaScript execution and loading performance. Google Search Console currently reports a mobile INP issue affecting approximately 2,250 URLs. The affected URL group has an INP of around 267 ms. Desktop Core Web Vitals are passing. PageSpeed Insights testing across the homepage, an older article, a recent article and a category page shows: * Mobile performance scores between 42 and 62 * Total Blocking Time between 560 ms and 1,310 ms * LCP between 2.9 seconds and 25.1 seconds * Excessive and unused JavaScript * Third-party scripts contributing to performance problems The website is an established, content-heavy WordPress publication supported by advertising. It uses a consent-management platform and Google Analytics. These systems must continue working correctly. Scope of work: 1. Audit the theme, plugins, custom code and third-party scripts. 2. Identify which plugins, files and external domains contribute most to unused JavaScript, long tasks, main-thread blocking, poor INP and LCP. 3. Provide findings and proposed changes before implementation. 4. Improve mobile INP, Total Blocking Time, LCP and overall loading performance. 5. Reduce or delay unnecessary JavaScript safely. 6. Test the homepage, article pages and category pages on mobile and desktop. 7. Confirm that advertising, consent management, Google Analytics, SEO functions, menus, galleries, images and site layout still work after every change. 8. Provide before-and-after PageSpeed results and a summary of all changes. 9. Include a rollback plan and avoid editing the live site without a backup or staging environment. The aim is to move the affected mobile URL group into the “Good” Core Web Vitals range. Google Search Console field data can take up to 28 days to update, so immediate PageSpeed improvements and completed technical work will also be used to assess delivery.
