Summary

We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer to build a secure Legal Redress intake and case-management system for the NAACP Calvert County Branch website. Project Overview A new WordPress page titled “Legal Redress” will allow visitors to submit civil rights or social justice complaints online. Authorized committee members must then be able to review, assign, update, and track each complaint securely. We will provide the current six-page intake form as a PDF. The developer will be responsible for converting it into a professional, mobile-friendly WordPress form. Required Features Add a new “Legal Redress” page to the existing WordPress website Convert all questions, disclosures, signatures, and 11 required acknowledgments from the PDF into an online form Use conditional logic to display relevant follow-up questions Allow multiple supporting documents to be uploaded securely Generate a unique tracking number for every submission Send the submitter an automatic confirmation email with the tracking number Notify designated committee members when a complaint is submitted Keep sensitive complaint details out of standard email notifications Include spam protection, file validation, and required-field validation Secure Committee Portal Authorized committee members must be able to: Log in securely View and search complaints Assign cases to specific committee members Add confidential internal notes Update case status Record deadlines and follow-up dates Upload internal documents Track actions taken and case history Record outcomes and resolutions Filter cases by status, category, assignee, date, and outcome Export data and generate summary reports Security Requirements Because the system may contain sensitive personal and legal information, the developer must provide: Role-based access controls Secure storage for uploaded documents Protection against public access to uploaded files Secure administrator authentication Encryption during transmission Activity or audit logging Secure backups Malware and malicious-upload protection Appropriate data-retention options We originally considered sending submissions to a restricted Google Sheet, but we are open to a more secure WordPress-based recommendation. Preferred Solutions We are open to established WordPress tools such as Gravity Forms, Gravity Flow, Formidable Forms, WP Customer Area, or another reputable solution. Custom development may also be considered. The developer must explain: The recommended WordPress solution How sensitive information and uploaded files will be protected All required plugins and licenses Any recurring costs or hosting requirements How administrators will manage and report on cases Deliverables Completed Legal Redress WordPress page Online version of the entire intake form Secure file-upload system Tracking-number functionality Automatic email notifications Private case-management dashboard Case assignment, notes, status, deadline, and outcome tracking Reporting and export tools Mobile and browser testing Administrator training and written instructions Post-launch technical support Required Experience Advanced WordPress development Gravity Forms, Formidable Forms, or similar platforms WordPress workflow or case-management systems Secure file uploads Role-based permissions Automated notifications Database security Reporting and data exports Experience working with sensitive or confidential information Please Answer These Questions Have you built a legal intake, complaint-management, or case-tracking system in WordPress? What WordPress solution do you recommend for this project? How will you prevent uploaded documents from being publicly accessible? Can your solution provide assignments, internal notes, status tracking, deadlines, reporting, and an audit trail? What plugins, licenses, or recurring costs will be required? Please provide examples of similar WordPress projects. What is your estimated completion timeline? What is your fixed-price quote? Please begin your proposal with the words “LEGAL REDRESS” so we know you have read the complete job description. Generic proposals will not be considered.
