Build and optimize WordPress pages for manufacturing clients. New landing pages, service and product pages, and technical improvements to existing pages. Responsibilities - Build new pages from supplied briefs and copy, matching each client's existing site design - Implement on-page SEO: title tags, meta, heading structure, image optimization, internal links - Implement structured data and schema markup (Organization, Product, FAQ, LocalBusiness, Article) - Diagnose and fix Core Web Vitals issues: LCP, CLS, INP - Page speed work: image compression, script loading, caching, plugin cleanup - Fix technical issues surfaced by our audits: redirects, canonicals, broken links, crawl errors - Work across multiple client environments with different themes, builders, and hosting Required - 4+ years WordPress development - Comfortable with Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, and native Gutenberg. You will meet all of them. - Hands-on schema implementation, not just plugin toggling - Demonstrated Core Web Vitals improvements with before and after numbers - Can work carefully in a live client environment, using staging where it exists - PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Nice to have - HubSpot CMS or other non-WordPress platforms - Accessibility remediation Trial task Build one landing page from a supplied brief on a live client site, matching existing design, and run one optimization pass with schema on an existing page.
