This is a fixed-price project with 4 milestones, paid via Upwork Escrow only. I am looking for ONE individual freelancer. No agencies. No subcontracting. If you cannot personally deliver the build, do not apply. --- Project & Stack · WordPress on LiteSpeed, PHP/MySQL, Cloudflare CDN/SSL/DNS, Gravity Forms Pro, WP Job Manager, AWS S3 (eu-west-2), Google Workspace SMTP. · Install a selected ThemeForest luxury theme and apply custom styling: typography, spacing, gold/slate colour palette, responsive breakpoints. · The site must visually and functionally align with the benchmark site. --- Scope of Work – 7 Pages 1. Home Page (/) Hero section, trust credentials, 3 Service Pillar Cards (Childcare & Education; Private Household Management; Family Office & Lifestyle), dual CTAs ("I'm Looking to Hire" / "I'm a Professional"), Private Client Edit module with honeypot and GDPR consent. 2. About Us & The Placement Journey (/about-us) Founder narrative, 15-year Royal Household / Sovereign pedigree, 6-step hiring lifecycle roadmap. 3. The Benchmark & Methodology (/the-benchmark) "Verbatim Verification" vetting methodology, sovereign-grade screening breakdown (DBS, identity, references, NDAs, discretion). 4. Client Services (/services) Dedicated sections for the 3 pillars with all sub-roles, each with CTAs to /contact. 5. Client Registration & Contact (/contact) Confidential intake for Principals/Family Offices/Chiefs of Staff, 10-field consultation form, general contact module, Mayfair office details, appointment-only notice. --- Form Automation & Data Ingestion (Gravity Forms Pro) All forms must include validation, conditional logic, spam protection, and instant email notifications to Google Workspace. · Candidate Intake Engine (22 fields, 3 steps): identity, right to work, pillar/role selection, UHNW experience, languages, certifications, salary/daily rate, living preference, CV upload, GDPR consent, digital signature, timestamp. · Client Consultation Form (10 fields): principal name, entity, email, phone, location, pillar/role, placement type, timeline, notes, confidentiality acknowledgement. · Private Client Edit Capture (3 fields): name, email, client type, GDPR consent. · General Inquiries (5 fields): name, email, phone, subject, message, honeypot. --- Document Security & AWS S3 Pipeline · All uploaded CVs/certificates route directly to a private AWS S3 bucket in London (eu-west-2). · Zero local retention in WordPress media library or /wp-content/uploads/. · Bucket must have Public Access Blocked and SSE-S3/AES-256 encryption. · Admin notification links must use short-lived pre-signed URLs. --- Active Mandates System (WP Job Manager) · WP Job Manager styled to match the luxury palette. · AJAX live search and multi-parameter filtering. · Single vacancy page with Quick Apply redirect to /register with Job Reference ID pre-populated. --- Acceptance Criteria · Visual polish matches the benchmark site and approved luxury theme demo. · Fully responsive on desktop, tablet, iOS Safari, Android Chrome — no overlapping or horizontal breaks. · 100% verified form submissions, conditional branching, email delivery, secure S3 ingestion. · SSL enforced, LiteSpeed caching enabled, spam protection verified, UK GDPR cookie banner active. --- Milestone Structure Your proposal must include a quote broken into these 4 fixed-price milestones: · M1: Environment setup, branding, core informational pages (Home, About Us, Benchmark). · M2: Gravity Forms engine, AWS S3 secure pipeline, Google Workspace notification routing. · M3: WP Job Manager board with filters and Quick Apply; remaining 4 pages. · M4: Infrastructure hardening, QA, launch and 14-day post-launch warranty (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, daily backups to S3, Cloudflare Turnstile, LiteSpeed/WebP optimisation, OpenGraph meta tags, cross-browser/mobile QA). --- How to Apply Your proposal must include: 1.
