WordPress Developer for Ongoing Site Maintenance (Breakdance & Elementor)

We are a digital marketing agency managing a portfolio of WordPress websites for clients in Europe and the US. We need a reliable developer from Serbia to take over day to day maintenance across these sites, with the goal of moving into full website builds once we are working well together. Phase one - Maintenance - Page and section edits in Breakdance and Elementor based on client requests - Content, image, banner and landing page updates - Core, theme and plugin updates, including checking that nothing broke afterwards - Fixing layout and display bugs, especially on mobile - Basic speed and Core Web Vitals work - WooCommerce changes: products, categories, checkout fields, shipping settings - Small technical fixes requested by our SEO team Phase two - Full builds Once you know how we work, you move on to building complete websites from Figma designs. This is where the role is headed, so we are looking for someone who wants a long term relationship rather than a single task. REQUIREMENTS: - At least 1 year of hands on work in Breakdance or Elementor. Breakdance is a strong plus since most of our newer sites use it - Strong HTML and CSS, able to write custom CSS when the builder falls short - Working knowledge of PHP and WordPress hooks, enough to read existing code and make small changes safely - Pixel accurate responsive implementation across breakpoints - Comfortable in cPanel, FTP and phpMyAdmin - Clear written English and responsive communication during European working hours - Careful and methodical.
