WordPress/Elementor Developer: Ongoing Website Migration Project (Multiple Sites/Week)

We're a full-service digital marketing agency looking for an experienced WordPress/Elementor developer to support an ongoing website migration project for a pool of clients. This is a high-volume, long-term engagement, not a one-off build.   What you'll be doing: Migrate 2-3 websites per week using our existing Elementor templates Update the template chosen with client branding, photos, and copy for each site Sites range from 5 to 10 pages Make minor design adjustments and build new modules as needed Very limited net-new development. Most work is template customization, not building from scratch   Requirements: Expert-level WordPress and Elementor skills Proven ability to work quickly and accurately at high volume Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects and tight weekly turnarounds Attention to detail and focus on delivering excellence consistently Strong communication skills for working with an internal team (no client-facing work required)   Tools you'll use: ClickUp for task management Slack for communication Regular communication with our internal designer, project manager, and account director Harvest for time tracking   This is a long-term opportunity.
