I am looking for a competent and reliable WordPress developer to build a professional business website for Patty Services, a Lagos-based driver's licence and vehicle documentation agency with 12+ years of operation. I have a detailed website blueprint already prepared covering every page, every section, all content specifications, colour codes, SEO requirements, and technical requirements. The developer does not need to guess anything — everything is documented and ready. WordPress is already installed on my hosting. The domain (PattyServices.com.ng) and hosting on Whogohost are already purchased and active. The developer only needs to build the site according to the blueprint provided.
