WordPress Landing Page Developer

I’m looking for someone to build a clean and professional landing page in WordPress. I already have the content and general idea ready. I’ll provide the images, logo, and any reference material needed. The main goal is to turn everything into a polished page that looks good and works properly across different screen sizes. What I need: One page landing page in WordPress, Clean and modern layout, Responsive on desktop, tablet, and mobile, Hero section with a clear CTA, Services or feature sections, About / information section, Testimonials if needed, Contact or CTA section, Smooth scrolling and simple animations, Contact form, Basic speed optimization. Elementor experience is preferred, but I’m open to other lightweight WordPress solutions. This is a small project, so I’m looking for someone who can keep things simple and deliver a polished result without overcomplicating the page.
