WordPress / MemberPress Developer Needed for AWCRA Membership Website

I need a WordPress developer to build a clean first-version membership website for AWCRA.org – Association of Worldwide Company Registration Agents. The site is for a global network of company formation agents, corporate service providers, registered agents and related professionals. I already have mockup designs showing the style required. The site should be built in WordPress using MemberPress. Budget The fixed budget is USD 200. Please only apply if you can complete the work within this budget. I do not want the price increased later because the site includes MemberPress, membership levels, login/register pages, responsive design or a directory-style page. These are already part of the scope. This is not a complex custom platform. I want a professional first version using WordPress, MemberPress and suitable existing plugins where needed.
