WordPress Migration & AEO Specialist

Seeking an experienced WordPress developer and technical webmaster to manage a clean website migration and implement advanced search/AI optimization (AEO) for my real estate brand. A third-party vendor is providing a standard WordPress real estate website with active IDX/MLS searches. The specialist will deploy this site to my hosting server and implement critical search optimization protocols. Scope of Work: Phase 1: Server Migration & Domain Mapping Source: A packaged WordPress build / database backup (or staging environment). Destination Server: Deploy the website live onto my primary 1and1.com (IONOS) hosting account. Domain & DNS: Map my primary domain to the new IONOS host, coordinate DNS changes (Nameservers/A Records), and install/verify a secure SSL certificate. System Check: Ensure the IDX/MLS search functionality remains fully active and unbroken post-migration. Phase 2: Technical SEO & Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) To ensure my brand is easily crawled, understood, and cited by AI engines (ChatGPT Search, Gemini, Perplexity), you will implement the following: JSON-LD Schema Suite: Inject clean, custom structured data into the site header. This must include LocalBusiness, Person, FAQ Page (for homepage FAQs), and RealEstateAgent schemas. llms.txt Configuration: Create and place a compliant llms.txt file in the website’s root directory to declare content structures for LLM crawlers. Metadata Audit: Verify that standard meta titles, meta descriptions, and clean heading tag hierarchies (H1–H4) are set up correctly on the core pages.
