Expereinced WordPress/Elementor Developer Needed — UX, Performance, Technical SEO & AI Search** We are looking for an experienced WordPress and Elementor developer to help complete and improve an existing THERAPY website and ART WELLNESS website. The website’s visual direction, brand identity, written content, and much of the Elementor structure already exist. We do not need a ground-up redesign. We need a skilled developer who can enhance lead generation , funnel design, refine the current build, solve technical and responsive-design issues, and bring the site to a polished, launch-ready standard. **Scope of work** * Review the existing WordPress/Elementor site and recommend prioritized improvements. * Refine spacing, typography, visual hierarchy, navigation, and overall user experience. * Ensure excellent responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile. * Improve Elementor structure and remove unnecessary complexity or duplication. * Optimize Core Web Vitals, image loading, page speed, and overall performance. * Create or refine reusable Elementor templates and global styles. * Improve menus, buttons, forms, embedded media, galleries, and calls to action. * Confirm that tracking, forms, links, and key user journeys work correctly. * Apply technical SEO best practices, including headings, metadata, schema, internal linking, image optimization, indexing, and crawlability. * Structure the site so its content can be clearly understood by Google and AI-powered search tools. * Recommend practical improvements for AEO/GEO visibility, such as clear topical structure, entity signals, author credibility, FAQs, structured data, and well-organized service or resource pages. * Protect the existing site through safe staging, backups, and careful deployment. * Provide a concise handoff explaining how the owner can maintain and update the site independently. **The ideal developer** You should have strong experience with: * WordPress and Elementor Pro * Responsive and mobile-first design * HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP troubleshooting * WordPress performance and Core Web Vitals * Technical and on-page SEO * Schema markup and structured data * Accessibility and user-friendly design * GA4 and Google Search Console * AI search optimization, AEO, or GEO based on sound technical and content principles * Improving existing websites without unnecessarily rebuilding them Experience with creative, counselling, wellness, personal-brand, or portfolio websites is an asset.
