WordPress/WooCommerce Expert to Advise & QA My Build (No Dev Work)

I build websites with AI. My background is Shopify. I am building a new WooCommerce store myself, with AI doing most of the production work. I know enough WordPress to move fast, and not enough to trust my own architecture decisions. I need someone senior sitting above that. You review, you correct, you teach, you sign off. One custom feature is central to the brand: a customer enters a batch or lot number off the physical product and gets the matching lab document back. The store will also be cloned into several storefronts sharing one catalog with different branding and pricing, so whatever we pick has to survive that without a rebuild. Organic search is the primary growth channel, so I need the technical SEO layer right during the build rather than patched after launch. That means URL and taxonomy structure, crawl control on WooCommerce filter and parameter URLs, indexation rules per template, schema that does not fight between the SEO plugin and WooCommerce native output, Core Web Vitals on product and category templates, and a duplicate content strategy across the cloned storefronts. Content SEO is handled in house. Keyword research, content production, and link building are covered. I need you on the technical side only. This is 5 hours a week for 3 to 4 weeks, so the scope is built to fit that. Each week I need one written review of my work with issues ranked by severity and a fix or direction for each, one 30 minute call with screen share, async answers to blocking questions within 24 hours on business days, and a short do-this, do-not-do-this list for the week ahead. In the final week you own the quality assessment of the whole backend: admin UI, plugin footprint, site structure, performance, security, upgrade path. You also need to be fluent with AI coding tools yourself and able to read AI-generated code and tell me precisely why it is wrong, because most of what I ship comes out of that workflow.
