WordPress developer — clean up a bloated Elementor site, then build 3 new pages

run an online guitar school (gypsyandjazz.com). WordPress + Elementor Pro on Cloudways. Courses sell on Thinkific, so there is no WooCommerce to deal with. The site works, but years of buildup have piled up. A recent audit found five Elementor addon packs running at once, two page builders active (Elementor Pro and WPBakery), three security plugins together, 48 plugins with around 30 pending updates, and 129 pages that are mostly junk. The theme is Educam, and 33 of my 43 posts still render through its post template. What I want at the end: a site that works properly, loads fast, and is simple for me to update myself. Phase 1 — cleanup (this job). Get the site to a clean, stable, maintainable state — one addon pack, one page builder, one security plugin, junk removed, everything updated. My free-lesson posts are my main source of organic traffic. If we move to a lighter theme, they need a proper Elementor post template first — same URLs, same look or better. The theme migration is the last step and only if you're confident; everything else comes first. All work on a staging copy. I review before anything goes live. Phase 2 — three new pages (separate job, if phase 1 goes well). Built in Elementor from a mockup I provide, with all the copy and images. The mockup is a working sketch, not a finished design. I need someone with a good eye to turn it into a polished page, while staying faithful to the structure, the copy and the existing design system. Fast and responsive. Mobile matters — my audience is 50 to 70. The build must also be SEO-sound: clean markup, fast load, proper heading structure and schema. If you also do SEO or AI-search optimisation, tell me.
