Wordpress website based on custom design

We're a technical partner for sustainable, innovative and reliable electrical solutions. We provide a full-cycle package of products, installation, service and maintenance. We are looking for a freelancer or agency to build a simple Wordpress website. We're currently building a design, meanwhile you can take a look at rough wireframes. Main requirements: 1. Minimal plugins usage. We'd like to rely on native theme / code and not external tools for all main website sections 2. The website is intended for an international target group in at least 5 different languages. The language selection should be either by user's browser language or location. There's a possibility to change the language in the header. 3. There will be no e-commerce functionality. The goal of the website is enquire forms submissions and calls. 4. There are 2 target groups: B2B customers (main group) and B2C. Each group will have their own parent category in the main to lead them the correct way. At the moment we need to develop first 3 pages (HomePage, Contact, Home Solutions) according to the design. The design won't be difficult and won't contain any animations. Please provide rough timeline and estimate based on the requirements and wireframes.
