Workday API Integration

We provide specialized software for our clients that handles the Form I-9, E-Verify, and some managed services that go along with employment eligibility and the Form I-9. We have many clients who use Workday, and also use our software (instead of Workday's I-9). We have a mostly completed standardized Workday integration where the client's Workday uses an API to send some simple information to us, and we can also pass an I9=complete status back to Workday. What we need help with: - We are intentionally keeping this simple and are not using Workday Studio or a prepackaged integration. - We have a draft spec document from prior consultants that needs to be reviewed and finalized so any client's Workday team can implement it. - The role is to be our Workday expert on client onboarding calls, roughly one hour per week for three to four weeks per client. - You would answer questions, unblock their internal team, and confirm their build matches our spec. - We need someone with significant hands-on Workday experience configuring outbound API integrations, including ISU/ISSG setup, domain security policies, and Workday web services. - Access to your own Workday UAT tenant for testing is a major bonus, since we do not have one. - We expect ongoing work as we onboard more clients. - Please reply with a short summary of relevant Workday integration projects you've shipped and let us know whether you have access to a UAT tenant. We do a quick screening call to eliminate bots and validate skills. Please be prepared to share your screen and have your video camera enabled.
