AI/Workflow Automation Consultant

I run a small event décor business specializing in weddings, Nikahs, mehndi, and receptions. I’m looking for an experienced AI/Workflow Automation Consultant or Solutions Architect to design and build an automated post-consultation workflow. Currently, after a client consultation, we manually review requirements, search through photos of past work, select inspiration images, create a mood board, write service descriptions, pricing, and prepare a proposal, invoice. Our goal is: Client requirements → match relevant past photos → generate mood board → generate service descriptions → calculate pricing → prepare proposal/invoice/contract → human review before sending. We may need a searchable photo database with tags such as event type, services, colors, backdrop/draping, florals, furniture, décor style, budget, and photo dimensions. We’re also interested in AI vision to help categorize and match photos. We currently use HoneyBook, but we’re open to Airtable, Zapier, Make, OpenAI, APIs, Apps Script, Python, or other tools. We want someone who can first recommend the best architecture, then potentially build it. Ideally we’ll start with a paid discovery/architecture phase covering recommended tools, database structure, AI/photo matching approach, HoneyBook integration, MVP scope, and estimated build cost. Please share relevant experience with AI automation, APIs, Airtable/databases, Zapier/Make, HoneyBook, and image analysis.
