Workflow/Project Management System for Real Estate Sales Team (Listing → Sold)

I run a real estate sales team. We manage multiple property campaigns at once — each one running from initial listing through to settlement — and right now we're tracking it all with a mix of memory. I'm looking for a project/workflow management specialist to design and build a system that maps our full listing-to-sold process and gives us a simple visual board where each property moves from "Listing" through the stages in between to "Sold" — like a pipeline/kanban view. It needs to show deadlines, who owns each task, and remind ers for overdue tasks.
