AI Workflow Setup Expert (Notion, Zoom, Gmail, Claude) – Discovery & Process Automation

We are looking for an experienced AI Workflow Consultant to help us automate our business processes and build a system that improves communication, organization, and project management across our tools. I am not an AI expert. Because of this, we need a professional who can lead the discovery phase, bring a structured system to ask us the right questions, and help us define exactly what we need. You must be able to understand our business deeply before building anything. Our Core Tech Stack: - Zoom: Meeting recordings and transcripts. - Gmail: Client communication and internal alerts. - Notion: Project management, internal wikis, and documentation - we need help to set this up we don't yet use it and are open to recommendations on tech to help us with project management. - Claude Projects: Knowledge bases, analysis, and drafting content. Your Responsibilities: - Discovery & Strategy: Interview us to understand our business. Bring a structured questionnaire to uncover our workflow bottlenecks and define our needs. - Architecture & Design: Create a clear plan and blueprint showing how data will flow seamlessly between Zoom, Gmail, Notion, and Claude. - Implementation: Build, connect, and test the automations using tools like Make.com, n8n, or relevant integration methods. - Training & Handoff: Walk our team through the finished system so we can use and maintain it easily.
