Workforce Development Manager - Technician Pipeline

We're building the recruit-to-certify engine for a commercial beverage equipment service company. Certified technician capacity is our growth constraint, and we need an operator to fix that. You'll own the full pipeline remotely: sourcing, prescreening, training curriculum design, LMS administration, manufacturer certification coordination, apprenticeship registration paperwork, and KPI-driven cohort tracking. You'll partner with senior technicians for hands-on instruction and ride-along. Ideal background includes workforce development, apprenticeship coordination, or military training/recruiting experience. Build-then-run scope: a focused sprint to design and launch a pilot cohort, then operate and scale it. Fractional/contract engagement welcome for the initial build phase, with potential conversion to full-time as the pipeline proves out.
