Wowza Expert Needed for Multi-Platform Live Streaming Setup

We are looking for an experienced Wowza Streaming Engine specialist to configure our existing production live-streaming server for simultaneous broadcasting to multiple social media platforms. Current Setup Our existing setup is already operational: OBS → Wowza Streaming Engine → Website Live Stream We broadcast 13 separate scheduled live sessions every day. Each live session lasts approximately 4–7 minutes. All 13 daily sessions need to be broadcast simultaneously to: YouTube Live Facebook Live TikTok LIVE Instagram Live Telegram X (Twitter) Live The intended architecture is: OBS → Wowza → YouTube / Facebook / TikTok / Instagram / Telegram / X Our website stream must continue operating as it currently does. Very Important – 13 Broadcasts Per Day This is not one continuous 24-hour stream. There are 13 separate live sessions every day, each approximately 4–7 minutes long. We need a practical and reliable workflow that allows all 13 sessions to be broadcast across the six platforms every day. We do not want to manually recreate stream targets, enter stream keys, or perform complicated configuration 13 times per day. The freelancer should determine the best method for: Reusing persistent stream keys/stream targets where supported. Starting and stopping broadcasts efficiently. Automating or simplifying the 13 daily broadcasts as much as the platforms permit. Ensuring one session ending does not create problems for the next scheduled session. Handling platforms that require separate scheduled live events or have restrictions on persistent stream keys. Automatically reconnecting destinations after temporary network/RTMP failures where appropriate. Making the daily operation simple enough for our staff to manage. Scope of Work The freelancer will: Review and back up our existing Wowza configuration before making changes. Configure Wowza Stream Targets / RTMP / RTMPS outputs as appropriate. Connect YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram and X where technically/account supported. Configure appropriate H.264/AAC settings. Determine whether our existing encoded feed can be reused across destinations or whether transcoding is required. Ensure our existing website live stream remains unaffected. Test simultaneous broadcasting to all available destinations. Test the stop → wait → start next session workflow to ensure it works reliably throughout the day. Check CPU, RAM, bandwidth and Wowza performance during simultaneous broadcasting. Configure persistent/reusable settings wherever possible. Recommend and implement an efficient workflow for operating 13 sessions every day. Provide documentation explaining how our staff starts/stops the broadcasts and troubleshoots individual destinations. Reliability These broadcasts occur at specific scheduled times, so reliability is extremely important. If one social platform fails, ideally it should not interrupt Wowza, our website stream, or the other social platforms. The freelancer should also advise us on appropriate failover/reconnection options. Required Experience We specifically want someone with practical experience in: Wowza Streaming Engine, RTMP/RTMPS, HLS, OBS Studio, FFmpeg, Linux server administration, multi-destination streaming and live-stream troubleshooting. Experience with YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram and X live-stream integrations is highly preferred.
