Wrap existing PWA in Capacitor and ship to App Store + Google Play

Wrap an EXISTING, working PWA in Capacitor and ship it to the App Store + Google Play. This is NOT a rebuild — the product is done and live. WHAT EXISTS (verifiable in the repo before you quote): • GPS safety band for kids (4G, real hardware) + Hebrew RTL parent web app — 14 screens, light+dark • Python backend, 68 modules, ~31,500 lines, stdlib only (no pip) • Live location (SSE), geofences + alerts, SOS, two-way voice call, route history, QR pairing, multi-family tenant isolation • Full PWA: manifest, service worker, offline, Web Push (VAPID) WHAT YOU DELIVER: 1. Capacitor wrap (iOS + Android). Do NOT rewrite the app — screens and backend stay. 2. Native push: APNs + FCM (replace Web Push; OneSignal acceptable) 3. In-app account & data deletion (Apple Guideline 5.1.1(v) — mandatory) 4. Subscriptions via In-App Purchase + Google Play Billing, ideally RevenueCat (~$5/month plan) 5. Submission to BOTH stores, incl. privacy labels (app tracks precise location of minors — expect strict review), screenshots, and shepherding through rejection rounds 6. Deploy the Python server to a VPS (working deploy script exists) OUT OF SCOPE: UI redesign, backend rewrite, Firebase migration, new features. WE PROVIDE: full repo access, a physical band for testing, Apple + Google developer accounts, one fast decision-maker. TIMELINE: target 2–4 weeks to first submission. Honest estimates preferred.
