Writer for Private Fiduciary Practice

Job Title: Freelance Writer — Estate Planning & Fiduciary Content (Blogs, Emails, Campaigns) About the client: Claridge Fiduciary Services, LLC provides trust administration, estate settlement, and conservator services to families across Oregon, Washington, and California. We are looking for a writer who can produce content across blogs, emails, and campaigns to engage our audience of Estate Planning and Probate attorneys. What we need: Content for estate planning and probate attorneys. This includes: Blog posts covering topics such as trustee duties, unusual estate assets, and succession planning Email campaigns for referral outreach, re-engagement, and anniversary touchpoints LinkedIn posts adapted from blog content Thought leadership content that helps establish our founder as a recognized voice in the fiduciary space Who we're looking for: You should be comfortable moving between formats: a 1,000 word blog post one week, a tight three paragraph email the next. We're also looking for someone who can work closely with our founder to develop his voice and perspective, helping him build a reputation as a thought leader in fiduciary services. Legal, financial, or professional services writing experience is a plus but not required. A note on AI: AI tools for outlining or research are fine. But the piece itself needs to be written by you. We are not looking for content that's generated wholesale by AI. Scope: This is a fixed price project. Rate depends on scope and format, happy to discuss.
